morning weight: 84.2 kg (real slow....) 08:00 BF : Two banana, two glass of waters 12:30 Lunch : salad 19:30 Dinner: ข้าว + ปลาน้ำแดง + แกงจืดเต้าหู้ 01:00 go to bed
I will try to log my sleep time here but not sure if I really can.
Today I've become a fan of "กล้วยมื้อเช้า - Morning Banana Diet" in facebook. Also read to around 2/3 of the book. They said I should log, err..., the process of discharging my solid waste as well. Well, let me say that, generally, it is as it is supposed to be: on time, solid, everyday without missing.
