morning weight: 84.0 kg (...) 09:00 BF : Two banana, two glass of waters 13:00 Lunch : ข้าวหมูทอด + ต้มจืดปลากะพง (ate more that I should) 19:30 Dinner: ข้าวราดเต้าหู้มาโบ (also more that I should...) 00:30 go to bed

Weekends are not really good...

Today I taught NP-Hardness at IPST for IOI student. Woke up on 03:00 to prepare slide. Very tired, eat-a-lot!!

In short, I went to Ratchaburi, having two decent meals, very very full. Don't wanna know tomorrow weight.... Wait... Tomorrow I will be at the resort and I don't bring my scale with me, so I don't have to worry about it for now..

I will try to log my sleep time here but not sure if I really can.

Today I've become a fan of "กล้วยมื้อเช้า - Morning Banana Diet" in facebook. Also read to around 2/3 of the book. They said I should log, err..., the process of discharging my solid waste as well. Well, let me say that, generally, it is as it is supposed to be: on time, solid, everyday without missing.
